Shipping policy

We ship our products with DHL to most countries within the European Union.

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and in perfect condition. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and DHL’s handling. Custom-made or personalized items may require additional processing time before shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

We currently do not ship to all EU countries. If you need it delivered to another country email us and we figure something out.

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties or import taxes are usually charged.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during shipping, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and find a solution.
