Where are your products made?
All our pieces are designed and handcrafted by us in our home studio in Hamburg.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union using DHL. If you need delivery to a country not listed at checkout, feel free to email us and we’ll do our best to help.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items. Returns must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. You can find the full Return & Refund Policy in the footer of our website.
How should I care for my Talisman over time?
Our talisman pieces are made primarily with tarnish-resistant brass wire and are designed to last when treated with care. That said, brass is still a living metal and will respond over time to its environment and how it’s worn. To preserve the finish and structure, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We also recommend removing your talisman before showering, swimming, or sleeping. When not being worn, store it in a dry place, ideally in a soft pouch or jewelry box to protect its shape and surface. If the metal needs refreshing, a gentle polish with a soft, dry cloth is all it takes.
Can I still order sold-out or old pieces?
Yes! Some pieces from previous collections in our Archive may still be available for made-to-order production, depending on material availability. Please contact us for individual requests.
